2014 has been a busy year here at View From a Walking Frame and in my life away from the blog too. When I starting thinking about writing this post I was amazed a just how much I was going to be able to say. So let’s all grab a cup of tea, sit down, and take a look that the 365 days that were 2014.
This past year marked my first year of blogging for an entire calender year that ran from January to December. It’s been a really interesting experience and I’d loved it.
View From a Walking Frame turned one in April this year and to celebrate I changed the blog’s appearance (something that I’m thinking of making a yearly tradition), and set up a Facebook page. I’ve had a lot of fun sharing photos, little updates, and chatting to a lot of you over there.
I also set up a feature called Fun Fact Friday where I share facts about myself that aren’t linked to my Cerebral Palsy. I’m not sure how long I’m going to carry on with this but it will certainly be going for a while yet. Let me know in the comments what you think about it.
YouTube and Vlogging
This year I fired up my old YouTube channel and starting making vlogs for you all to watch. The ones that are relevant to this blog and my cerebral palsy get posted on here too, but I upload other videos that aren’t related to disability on there too so feel free to head on over, subscribe, and check them out.
Life In General
My life has been pretty busy over the last 12 months. I finished the first and second draft of a supernatural detective novel that I’ve been working on for a while now. I also took part in National Novel Writing Month this year and began working on a novel about a 16-year-old girl with cerebral palsy.
