It’s 12.15am on Saturday morning and I am trying to sleep. It should be easy, I’ve been tired for hours but I just can’t get comfortable.
I’ve been tossing and turning for ages. I’ve had a bad cp evening and I’vs got that scratchy feeling in my throat that usually means a cold is on it’s way. But I can’t sleep because I can’t get comfortable.
Most nights I go through a little routine of sleeping positions to get a good stretch in before I go to the land of nod.
I start on my frim, then when I’ve had enough of that, I switch to mt back and then spend a bit of time laying on each side before I usually settle on my right.
It isn’t working tonight though.
