An emotionally draining weekend
I am falling asleep as I write this. It is just past midnight on Monday morning and I an curled up in my bed ready to go to dreamland and bring an end to a very anxiety filled weekend.
I have a couple of appointments and deadlines coming up this week that I’ve been busy preparing for.
I also have to go somewhere new this week and that is always worry because I don’t know how easy it will be for me to navigate the public transport.

Fun Fact Friday [40]
Hello and welcome to Fun Fact Friday, the place where I share facts about myself that aren’t linked to my Cerebral Palsy.
I have a feeling a lot of you will be saying ‘yeah, me too’ when you read today’s little fun fact.
Did you know that I get Hay Fever in the summer? I didn’t get it when i was younger, but in the summer I took my A-levels it decided to put in an appearance and has done every year since.
It makes me sneeze, gives me a runny nose, and also makes me itch like crazy,especially on my arms and sometimes my face too. Oh, and don’t get me started on the itchy eye thing…
It seems to be grass and flowers that set me off the most. On certain days, it seems like I can taste the pollen in the air too, and feel it on my skin.
Do any of you get that too?
Needing help in the night
There are times when I need help during the night. Thankfully, not too often though. That said, when I do, it always makes me feel a bit of a failure as a adult, because I feel like, at the age of 24, I should be able to sort myself out if I’m ill or have fallen over.
There’ve been a few times in the last couple of months when I’ve had to wake my mum or my boyfriend up. Like last week for example…
