I’m not having a great week cp wise either…. Mine is because my routine has totally changed, and I haven’t been to the gym for around two weeks… I Have started a new job which is physically easier though so things should work themselves out once I get into a routine and get back to the gym and pick up with stretching and other physio which has slipped a bit too
Congrats on the new job!! Get plenty of sleep if you can until you have chance to pick phsyio and stretching back up. I always find being tired make everything worse.
